Commitment

Professional Community

Clean All Services is a member of the Building Services Contractors Association International. This industry-specific organization provides trade shows, educational seminars, governmental affairs support, and certification programs to its members. Clean All Service’s management and executives are very active in all their trade shows and teach at some seminars.

Clean All Services has two members of management with the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) certification

Local Community

Clean All Services is active in the local communities it services by providing involvement and leadership, in the local Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Big Brother/Big Sisters, United Way, and various other organizations.

Many of our employees are involved individually in their local community’s service groups and through their religious affiliations. Clean All Services encourages the use of their time and talents in their communities.

Training

Training is provided for all Clean All Service employees who could be exposed to hazardous chemicals. Clean All Services ensure employees are provided with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment. Whenever a new physical or health hazard is introduced to a work area, all employees are informed and trained in respect to the particular hazard. All employees are informed of the location of the written Hazard Communication Program, chemical inventory list, and MSDS manuals.

In order to conduct our business, certain materials must be used that require specific precautions, and protect our employees’ health. Therefore, it is the policy of Clean All Services, to communicate any hazards associated with handling hazardous materials with those employees involved.

It is the responsibility of Clean All Services and all managers and all supervisors to ensure proper information is obtained and disseminated to the appropriate employees.

It is each employee’s responsibility to follow all safe-working practices as outlined in our operating procedures and in the MSDS manuals. Any employee’s disregard of safety policies may result in disciplinary action, including discharge.

Safety

Clean All Services has every desire to provide a safe working environment for its employees. To accomplish this, management feels there is nothing more important than making certain that:

  1. Employees are provided with all reasonable safeguards to ensure safe working conditions.

  2. We maintain all equipment, tools, and machines in good repair.

  3. We study and develop safe work methods and train employees in these methods.

  4. We comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding accident prevention and working conditions.

Management recognizes that more than safety is involved, because the existence of accident hazards is proof of wasteful, inefficient operation. Accidents lead to complaints, dissatisfaction, and interference with work plans and loss of good will.

The success of our Accident Prevention Program depends upon the sincere, consistent, and cooperative effort of all employees and their active participation and support.
