Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist

Talent acquisition is identifying, attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, including selecting qualified candidates best suited for the available positions. But it also encompasses retention Retention Specialist is the ability to organize a plan to keep current employees.

Credentials and Experience

I started Clean All Services in July 2008, serving as a cleaner until her promotion in 2010 to Supervisor where I continued to grow and gain experience in the field. I then was promoted to North Operations Manager in 2012 and continued in this position until 2015 where i accepted the promotion of Business Development Manager. Until 2022 I was then offered my current rule as Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist., I also assist operations - utilizing my many years of experience in the professional cleaning industry.

Hobbies, Interests, Passions

My hobbies/interests are photography, sports, reading, painting, cooking/baking, theater and art museums. My passion spending time with my family. There is nothing in the world more important to me than family. Being a Mom is one of the best titles Ill ever have.
